This delightful cottage is perfect for couples looking for an exclusive getaway.  The ground floor comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with spectacular views of our small marina and out over the River Yare.

Upstairs, a beautiful double bedroom with a very spacious bathroom. A small balcony provides stunning views up the river and out over the Broads. To the rear of the cottage (via external side access) is a large private courtyard complete with sunken hot tub, outside dining area and gas BBQ. For that romantic retreat look no further than Cuckoo Cottage.

    There is no direct access to the hot tub from inside Cuckoo Cottage. Access is via a private walkway beside the property which leads to the back of the property.
